Wawrzyniec Kostrzewski

Wawrzyniec Kostrzewski – director of the competition play “Warszawianka”. Theater and television director. A graduate of the Faculty of Polish Studies at the University of Warsaw and the Directing Department at the Theater Academy in Warsaw. Son of actress Halina Łabonarska and actor and theater director Marek Kostrzewski. Winner of the. Stefan Treugutta for outstanding achievements in the Television Theater. Winner of many awards, including Grand Prix of Two Theaters 2015 and Grand Prix Teatroteka Fest 2016 for the spectacle “Suitcase” by Małgorzata Sikorska-Miszczuk, winner of three awards of the Two Theaters 2017 festival, among others for directing “Letters from Russia” by Astolphe de Custine. Performed theater performances at the Wybrzeże Theater in Gdańsk, Teatr im. Modrzejewska in Legnica, as well as in Warsaw theaters, among others in Dramatic, Polish, in Wola, Collegium Nobilium. Works, among others with the Polish Radio Theater and the Theater Academy in Warsaw.
