Born in 1990 in Jelenia Góra, she is a theatre artist also committed to making installations and performances. A graduate of the Directing Faculty of the National Academy of Theatre Arts in Kraków and the Faculty of Journalism and Social Communication at the Wrocław University. A director of the “dolphin_who_loved_me.” the winner of the Jury Award at the 100° Berlin Festival, showed in Marseille, Hannover, Warsaw and Bukarest. She has so far produced performances such as “Możliwość wyspy” (TR Warszawa, 2015), “Ostatnie Zwierzęta” (Teatr Łaźnia Nowa in Kraków, 2017) and “Schubert. Romantyczna Kompozycja na 12 wykonawców i Kwartet Smyczkowy” (Drama Theatre in Wałbrzych, 2016), a show recognized at the 22nd Nationwide Competition for Polish Contemporary Performances and the 10th International Divine Comedy Festival (Award for the Best Young Director). The show “In Dreams Begin Responsibilities (Zobowiązania rozpoczynają się w snach)” of the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre in Kraków has won the main award at the VIII Koszalińskie Konfrontacje Teatralne Młodych M Teatr. At the H. Ch. Andersen Theater in Lublin, she directed “HMLT/ Hamlet” (2018), a show about experiments that bring literature and AI together. She is presently working on the show “Always coming home,” drawing upon Ursula Le Guin’s prose, scheduled to premiere in Japan at the Festival/ Tokyo 2019 and then at TR Warszawa.
